Julie and Chris we extremely professional to work with, took responsibility for many aspects of the transaction that went beyond typical seller agent duties. They helped close out the negotiation when the time was right, and saw the deal through the end. I found their MLS listing and photography excellent, and they were willing to push the envelope as requested on valuation, but also informative the reasonable when discussing when to close the deal.
