Chris and Julie are truly the best. They have nothing but the client’s interest in mind. We have used them as a buyer's agent and a seller's agent. During both processes, we appreciated their experience, communication skills, and professionalism. They were extremely prompt in responding to our questions via calls, emails, and text messages. Our transaction was complicated by moving in from out of state, unfamiliarity with Orlando, being in the midst of the Covid shutdown, and the seller's complicated situation. But they not only made it work but also managed to keep what could have been a highly stressful transaction pleasant. They really went above and beyond and they stay in touch even after you get handed the keys.
